Key Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
• Valid and current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Texas
• Experience conducting psycho-educational assessments and interpreting results
• Expertise in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultation skills
• Previous experience in K-12 school settings is highly valued

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive psychological and academic assessments for students referred for evaluation
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to identify student strengths and areas of need
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and support services as required
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, Response to Intervention (RTI), and other multidisciplinary team sessions
• Design and monitor effective behavioral and academic interventions
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Offer staff training and consultative support to promote positive outcomes for students
