Key Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure required
• Experience in educational settings, ideally K-12
• Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and consultation
• Ability to conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations
• Knowledge of special education regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Organizational abilities to manage multiple caseloads and tasks

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and interpret results to identify students' strengths and needs
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation to students, families, and staff
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Facilitate meetings and communicate findings effectively to parents and school staff
• Support the implementation of intervention strategies and monitor progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and regulatory requirements
• Offer professional insight into behavioral and instructional supports
