Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Current and valid licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist in Texas
• Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and providing counseling to students
• Strong background in behavioral interventions and consultation with teachers, families, and staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous school-based experience is preferred, though not required
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive psychological and academic assessments for students ages PreK-12
• Develop and implement IEPs in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide individual and group counseling to address students social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Consult with teachers and parents to develop intervention strategies and classroom supports
• Lead and participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) and 504 team meetings
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reports in accordance with school and district policies
• Advocate for student needs and contribute to a positive school climate
