Key Qualifications:

• Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Experience conducting psychological evaluations and assessments in a school environment
• Strong knowledge of special education processes and federal/state regulations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
• Consult on crisis intervention, prevention programs, and positive behavior supports
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
