Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters or Doctorate degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid and current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience providing psychological assessments, counseling, and consultation in a K-12 educational setting
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
• Demonstrated ability to create supportive, inclusive learning environments for diverse student populations
• Skilled in developing and implementing IEPs, 504 Plans, and behavior intervention strategies

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments to support student learning and well-being
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to identify student needs and recommend appropriate interventions
• Provide individual and group counseling to address academic, emotional, and behavioral concerns
• Assist in crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and the development of school-wide mental health initiatives
• Contribute to multi-tiered systems of support, including progress monitoring and data-driven decision making
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with all regulations
