A contract position is available for a skilled School Psychologist to support the educational and emotional development of students in a school setting located in Fort Worth, TX. This role involves conducting psychological assessments, developing intervention strategies, and collaborating with educators and parents to create supportive learning environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and interpret psychological assessments to identify student needs
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services for students
- Consult with teachers and parents to support student learning and emotional wellbeing
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and legal guidelines
Desired Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
- Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience with psychological evaluations and IEP development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with families and school staff
- Ability to work effectively in a contract role within a school environment
