Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure (or eligibility) in Texas
• Experience with evaluations, assessments, and developing intervention strategies in a school setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with staff and families
• Ability to work independently, manage caseloads effectively, and adhere to required timelines

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments for students referred for evaluation
• Develop, implement, and monitor intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
• Provide consultation and support to teachers, administrators, and families to address learning, behavior, and mental health needs
• Facilitate and participate in meetings such as ARD/IEP and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and comply with all federal, state, and district guidelines
• Promote positive school climates by supporting safe, inclusive, and supportive environments
