Job Description

Make a lasting impact as a School Psychologist in a vibrant elementary setting near Manhattan, KS. In this full-time contract role, youll collaborate with educators, families, and students to support individualized learning and emotional wellness for a dedicated elementary caseload. Your Kansas School Psychologist License will allow you to deliver essential services throughout the school week, Monday through Friday, for a total of 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications:

  • Kansas School Psychologist License (required)
  • Strong interpersonal and consultation skills
  • Evidence-based assessment and intervention experience
  • Passion for advocating for students educational and emotional well-being
  • Familiarity with collaboration in multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to guide student support plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to implement interventions
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior support strategies
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure student needs are met
  • Provide crisis intervention and counseling as needed
  • Maintain accurate, compliant documentation
