Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Florida Department of Health (DOH) license required
  • Masters degree or higher in School Psychology or Educational Psychology
  • Experience or familiarity with school-based psychological services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Proficient in assessment, diagnosis, and reporting documentation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments of students to identify learning, behavioral, or emotional challenges
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and intervention plans
  • Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
  • Observe students in classroom settings and provide feedback to staff and families
  • Participate in team meetings and consultations to support holistic student development
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with all applicable regulations
