Desired Qualifications:

• Current Florida Department of Health (DOH) License as a School Psychologist
• Masters degree or higher in School Psychology or related field
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Compassion for working with diverse student populations

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to support student learning
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support as needed
• Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop strategies for student success
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise on student mental health
• Support the development of positive school climate through evidence-based practices
