Key Qualifications:

• Current Florida Department of Health (DOH) license required
• Master's degree or higher in School Psychology
• Previous experience in educational or school-based settings strongly preferred
• Proficiency in counseling, conducting psychoeducational assessments, and interpreting results
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to create individualized plans and support diverse learners

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer and interpret cognitive, emotional, and behavioral assessments for students
• Deliver individual and group counseling services to support student mental health and social/emotional well-being
• Consult and collaborate with educators, parents, and external professionals regarding intervention strategies
• Design and monitor strategies to support academic performance and behavioral interventions
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to school psychology services
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, providing expert insight and recommendations
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive educational environment
