Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid Florida Department of Health (DOH) license as a School Psychologist
• Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field
• Experience conducting student assessments and providing both direct and consultative services
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse populations and varying student needs
• Previous school-based experience (preferred, but not required)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and academic assessments to support student success and learning
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Deliver counseling and intervention services for students facing behavioral, emotional, or academic challenges
• Participate in student support teams, monitor progress, and provide recommendations for services and accommodations
• Maintain comprehensive records, reports, and documentation in compliance with federal, state, and district requirements
• Support faculty and administration through consultation and professional development opportunities
