What Youll Bring:

• Active Florida Department of Health (DOH) license as a School Psychologist (required)
• Experience in school settings preferred; new graduates with qualifying credentials are welcome
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, behavioral interventions, and evidence-based counseling methods
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and parents to develop effective support plans
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities Include:

• Lead comprehensive psychological evaluations and interpret data to support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver direct counseling and consultation services to students individually or in groups
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to enhance classroom strategies and student outcomes
• Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP conferences, and intervention planning
• Advocate for students mental health, emotional, and academic needs within the school community
• Maintain clear, timely documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
