Ideal candidates will possess:

• A master's or specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field.
• Valid and current state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
• Experience working in K-12 educational settings, with knowledge of special education laws and processes.
• Strong assessment, consultation, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families.
• Empathy, excellent communication abilities, and strong organizational skills.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting psychological and academic evaluations for students referred for services.
• Collaborating with educators, administrators, and parents to develop appropriate interventions and educational plans.
• Providing direct counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support as needed.
• Supporting the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Participating in Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) processes.
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting in compliance with school and state guidelines.
• Promoting a positive, inclusive atmosphere that enables all students to reach their potential.
