Key Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification in Colorado (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
• Masters or higher degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and IEP process
• Experience with psychoeducational evaluations, behavioral assessments, and crisis intervention preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, staff, and parents
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a busy school environment
• Commitment to supporting positive student outcomes

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive student evaluations using standardized assessment tools
• Interpret test results and develop data-driven recommendations for individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families on intervention strategies and behavioral supports
• Provide direct counseling and support services to students, individually and in small groups
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to eligibility and intervention planning
• Offer crisis intervention and response as needed
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
