Key Qualifications:

• Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a closely related field
• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
• Familiarity with Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) frameworks
• Strong skills in collaboration, consultation, and effective communication with parents, teachers, and administrators
• Ability to deliver counseling services and design intervention plans tailored to individual student needs

Core Responsibilities:

• Administer and interpret cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assessments
• Participate in eligibility meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct and indirect psychological services to students, including counseling and crisis intervention
• Collaborate with educators and families to implement interventions that promote student success
• Consult with teachers and staff to address classroom challenges and enhance the learning environment
