What Were Looking For:

• Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Proven experience working in school or educational settings
• Strong skills in psychological assessment, counseling, consultation, and intervention
• Ability to interpret, analyze, and communicate assessment data to staff and families
• Familiarity with IEPs, behavior intervention plans, and Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
• Compassion, adaptability, and a student-centered mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and report findings effectively
• Participate in eligibility determination, special education assessments, and program development
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and district staff to support students academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Recommend interventions and strategies to address learning challenges and emotional concerns
• Deliver counseling and direct support services to students, both individually and in groups
• Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings and consultations
• Engage in crisis response and assist in developing crisis intervention strategies
• Maintain thorough, confidential documentation in accordance with district guidelines
