Qualifications:

• Current Kentucky school psychologist license (required)
• Masters degree in School Psychology or a related field (required)
• Previous experience providing psychological services in a K-12 setting (elementary, middle, or high school)
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Effective communication abilities with students, staff, and families
• Familiarity with special education processes, IEP development, and multi-tiered systems of support

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational assessments for students in elementary, middle, and high school
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies
• Provide consultation to teachers, administrators, and families to support academic and behavioral needs
• Offer direct counseling services to students, individually and in groups
• Assist in crisis intervention and participate in school-based mental health initiatives
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success across academic and social domains
