Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students in K-12 settings as a school psychologist for the upcoming academic year. Starting August 3, 2026 and concluding June 7, 2027, this onsite role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact across an entire district, working closely with diverse student populations and dedicated educational teams. Two positions are available, each offering a consistent 35-hour workweek with schedule options of either 8:50am3:30pm or 7:30am2:20pm to suit your preferred rhythm.
What Were Looking For:
- Current certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience providing psychological services in K-12 educational settings
- Strong skills in assessment, counseling, consultation, and intervention
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
- Organized, dependable and compassionate approach to caseload management
- Comfortable working across multiple schools within a district
- Flexibility to adapt to varying student needs and caseload sizes
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver psychological assessments and evaluations to determine student needs
- Provide direct intervention and counseling to individuals and groups
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor IEPs and behavior plans
- Consult with educators and families to support academic and social-emotional growth
- Participate in eligibility meetings, crisis intervention, and data-driven decisions
- Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to all district policies and ethical standards
