Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters or specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification or eligibility
• Previous experience in a K12 school setting strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of assessment tools, report writing, and data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultation skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students referred for academic, behavioral, or social-emotional concerns
• Collaborate with educators and families to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) and intervention strategies
• Facilitate small group or individual counseling to support students social and emotional health
• Participate in student support teams, staff meetings, and multi-disciplinary team conferences
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed
• Offer professional guidance, recommendations, and training to staff regarding learning and behavioral supports
