Qualifications:

• Masters degree in School Psychology (required)
• Valid New Mexico school psychologist license
• Experience working with elementary, middle, and/or high school students preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and counseling skills
• Ability to collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication abilities
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in an educational environment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments and evaluations for students across K-12 grade levels
• Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement effective interventions
• Provide individual and group counseling and support for students social-emotional and behavioral needs
• Interpret assessment results and participate actively in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Offer crisis intervention and consultation services as required
• Promote positive school climate initiatives and evidence-based practices for student well-being
