A full-time, on-site School Psychologist position is available for the remainder of the school year at a middle school in the Falls Church, VA area. This contract role offers an opportunity to support students academic, social, and emotional development in a dynamic educational environment. Candidates with prior experience at the middle or high school level are preferred, but part-time applicants will also be considered.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting psychological assessments and evaluations for students
- Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to develop intervention plans
- Providing counseling and crisis support as needed
- Ensuring compliance with state regulations and school policies
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to comprehensive student support services
Qualifications:
- Active state licensure or certification as a school psychologist (please provide current documentation)
