Requirements:
- Active Massachusetts BCBA certification
- Graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Previous experience in school settings highly valued
- Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills
- Capable of working effectively with diverse populations and age ranges, K12
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee evidence-based behavioral intervention plans for assigned students
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and collaborate on functional behavior analyses
- Consult regularly with teachers, counselors, and families to ensure consistency and progress
- Monitor and document student outcomes, adjusting interventions as needed
- Deliver professional development to school staff regarding best practices in behavioral supports
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and local guidelines
About the Assignment:
- 32.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Caseload and specific assignments to be determined in collaboration with school leadership
