What we're seeking:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or relevant field
• Valid certification or license as a School Psychologist
• Experience in assessment, counseling, and behavior intervention within school settings
• Ability to interpret test results and provide recommendations tailored to each student
• Strong communication skills to work with students, staff, and families
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret the findings for eligibility and intervention planning
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) and 504 plans
• Provide short-term counseling and crisis intervention services for students
• Advise and consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to design and support academic and behavioral interventions
• Contribute to the development of strategies and programs to promote positive student outcomes
• Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines pertaining to school psychology
