Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid Illinois School Psychologist license
  • Current Professional Educator License (PEL) required
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students (K5) preferred
  • Strong communication, assessment, and report-writing skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and administrative staff

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological evaluations and re-evaluations for K-5th grade students
  • Implement and interpret standardized testing to inform student supports and interventions
  • Provide direct and consultative services to students with academic, behavioral, or social-emotional needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings, student support teams, and eligibility determination
  • Collaborate with families, staff, and other service providers to support student growth and positive school climate
  • Maintain detailed and timely documentation of assessments, services, and communications
