Key Qualifications:

• Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Experience conducting educational and psychological assessments
• Strong knowledge of Response to Intervention (RTI), Special Education procedures, and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to provide both direct and consultative services

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment data for eligibility and intervention planning
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, sharing insights and recommendations
• Support development, implementation, and monitoring of IEPs and 504 Plans
• Provide counseling, behavioral interventions, and crisis support to students as needed
• Communicate assessment results and intervention strategies to teachers, parents, and other relevant parties
• Offer professional development and guidance to school staff on behavioral, academic, and social-emotional concerns
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with regulations
