Embark on an impactful contract opportunity as a full-time school psychologist supporting students academic, social, and emotional needs. This position is located near Esko, MN, where youll play a key role in fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota School Psychologist License required.
• Background working with Multi-Tiered Systems of Supports (MTSS/MnMTSS) preferred.
• Experience in Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) strongly desired.
• Skilled in crisis prevention, threat assessment, and school mental health support.
• Proven ability to deliver professional development to teachers and staff.
• Demonstrated knowledge of culturally responsive assessment and instructional practices.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough psychological and educational assessments to determine student eligibility for special education and related services.
• Analyze and interpret assessment data, effectively communicating results to families and educational teams.
• Prepare detailed reports in compliance with Minnesota Department of Education and federal standards.
• Contribute to initial evaluations, reevaluations, and independent educational evaluations, providing expertise as needed.
• Collaborate actively within Child Study Teams, Problem Solving Teams, and IEP teams.
• Deliver targeted, evidence-based interventionsboth individually and in small groupsaddressing social-emotional learning, behavior, and crisis response.
