Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Ohio School Psychologist license required
  • Experience assessing and supporting children in educational settings, preferably K-8 populations
  • Strong understanding of diverse disabilities and ability to create inclusive support plans
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork with principals, educators, and caregivers
  • Flexibility and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to meeting the needs of students and families

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments and evaluations for K-8 students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with the SPED team and school principal during interviews and ongoing cases
  • Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation as needed
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Participate fully in the school community, supporting staff and administration
  • Maintain accurate records and timely documentation
