Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure for Indiana
• Masters or Specialist Degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Experience conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations
• Familiarity with behavior modification strategies and individualized education planning
• Strong ability to communicate professionally with students, parents, and educational staff
• Experience leading both individual and group therapy sessions is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain thorough documentation and progress reports

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic testing, and evaluations at the assigned elementary school
• Recommend interventions and strategies to help students overcome obstacles to learning and psychological challenges
• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions to support students emotional and behavioral health
• Collaborate with school teams to assist in the identification and placement of students needing specialized services
• Implement effective behavior modification techniques within the school environment
• Maintain open communication with families, teachers, and administrators regarding student progress and recommendations
• Diligently maintain records and documentation, preparing clear and comprehensive progress reports
