Job Description

A school district in Mishawaka, IN, is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for a contract position running immediately through June 4, 2026. This opportunity involves working with K-12 students across various schools within the district, providing psychological services to support student learning and well-being.

Location: Mishawaka, Indiana
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: June 4, 2026
Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:45 PM
Grade Levels: Kindergarten through 12th Grade
Schools: Multiple locations within the district

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for K-12 students.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement effective interventions.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to educational planning.
  • Provide consultation and support for behavioral and social-emotional concerns.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification/license for the state of Indiana.
  • Experience working with students across K-12 grade levels in educational settings.
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities with students, families, and school personnel.
