Job Description

A K-12 school district in Mishawaka, IN is seeking a qualified School Psychologist for a contract position starting immediately through June 4, 2026. This role offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, with daily hours from 8:00 AM to 3:45 PM.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments for students grades K-12 to evaluate academic, social, and emotional development
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide counseling and support services to students as needed
  • Assist in crisis intervention and behavior management strategies
  • Maintain detailed records and prepare reports in compliance with district, state, and federal regulations

Qualifications:

  • Valid certification or license as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working within K-12 school settings preferred
  • Strong knowledge of assessment tools, IEP development, and student support strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively

Location: Mishawaka, IN
Position Duration: Present June 4, 2026 (Contract)
Schedule: 37.5 hours weekly, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 3:45 PM

This position requires working across varied school sites within the district. Immediate availability is essential.
