This contract opportunity is based near Elgin, IL, and focuses on providing psychological services across two vibrant K-5 schools in Villa Park. Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist certification in Illinois (Type 73/PEL or equivalent)
• Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Demonstrated experience providing psychological assessments and counseling in a school setting
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents
• Commitment to fostering diversity, inclusivity, and positive learning environments

What Youll Do:

• Conduct assessments (academic, behavioral, emotional) and interpret results for eligibility and intervention planning
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and 504 Plans
• Provide individual and group counseling for students as needed
• Consult with teachers and staff to support classroom strategies and interventions
• Engage with families to offer resources and strategies that promote student well-being
• Maintain accurate records and participate actively in parent meetings and staff professional development
