  • Possession of valid state licensure or credential for School Psychologist
  • Solid grasp of psychoeducational assessment tools and their application
  • Experience with crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation in educational settings
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and report-writing skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments for students, interpreting results to inform instruction and intervention
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Provide counseling and skill-building strategies to students facing emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges
  • Contribute to Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) initiatives
  • Lead and facilitate student support meetings, sharing insights and recommendations
  • Promote positive school climates and preventative programs focused on student well-being
