Key Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field required
  • Active School Psychologist certification or eligibility in Oklahoma
  • Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments, behavioral observations, and developing intervention plans
  • Knowledge of IEP process and special education regulations
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff and families
  • Ability to provide crisis intervention and support social-emotional learning initiatives

Responsibilities:

  • Complete thorough assessments and evaluations to inform academic and behavioral support strategies
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
  • Offer counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services to students and families
  • Serve as a resource for teachers and administrators on mental health, behavior, and learning needs
  • Assist with data collection, reporting, and compliance with state and federal special education requirements
  • Participate in problem-solving and intervention teams to support student success
