Key Qualifications:

• Valid Oklahoma School Psychologist license
• Experience working with K-12 students preferred; applications from new graduates are encouraged
• Familiarity with individualized education programs (IEPs), functional behavior assessments, and evidence-based interventions
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to manage a dynamic caseload across grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments for students referred for academic, behavioral, or emotional concerns
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs and intervention plans
• Provide individual and group counseling for students, including crisis intervention strategies
• Consult with teachers, support staff, and parents to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development
