Key Qualifications:
- Valid Oklahoma School Psychologist license
- Experience working with K-12 students preferred; applications from new graduates are encouraged
- Familiarity with individualized education programs (IEPs), functional behavior assessments, and evidence-based interventions
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to manage a dynamic caseload across grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments for students referred for academic, behavioral, or emotional concerns
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs and intervention plans
- Provide individual and group counseling for students, including crisis intervention strategies
- Consult with teachers, support staff, and parents to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development
