Key Qualifications:

• Current license or credential to practice as a School Psychologist.

• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills.
• Excellent communication abilities for interacting with students, staff, and families.
• Knowledge of special education policies, IEP development, and state/federal compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams.

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational assessments for early childhood students.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and service providers to design and deliver appropriate interventions.
• Support early identification of developmental, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation to students and staff.
• Participate in eligibility meetings, multidisciplinary conferences, and team planning.
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines.
