What Youll Need to Succeed:

  • Valid Washington School Psychologist License
  • Experience working with students in grades K-12 (preferred)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work alongside teachers, administrators, and families
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Proficiency in conducting assessments, evaluations, and interpreting test data

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive psychological and counseling services to students across K-12th grades
  • Conduct psycho-educational assessments and interpret results to support student learning and well-being
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor effective IEPs and 504 plans
  • Offer crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, and consultation services
  • Support teachers and parents by providing insight and strategies for addressing student challenges
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations

Compensation for this position ranges from $45.00 to $85.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
