Qualifications:

• Masters degree in School Psychology or related field required
• Valid Michigan School Psychologist licensure
• Experience working with students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels preferred
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies
• Provide direct mental health and behavioral support to students
• Support crisis intervention and prevention initiatives within the school community
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing expertise to inform best practices for student development
• Offer guidance and resources to teachers and parents, facilitating effective communication and student advocacy
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with district and state policies
