Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active state certification/licensure as a school psychologist
• Masters or specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
• Experience conducting psycho-educational evaluations and interpreting results
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based academic and behavioral interventions
• Familiarity with federal and state regulations for special education (IDEA, Section 504)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Previous experience within a school setting preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate students cognitive, academic, social, and emotional needs
• Develop and support implementation of IEPs and 504 plans in collaboration with educational teams
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to identify supports and strategies
• Deliver individual and group counseling/intervention as needed
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, data review sessions, and crisis response
• Provide recommendations that promote student success and well-being
• Maintain thorough, confidential student records in compliance with policy and best practice
