Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
• Valid School Psychologist certification in the state of Georgia
• Experience conducting psychological assessments and developing intervention plans
• Strong knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, and state special education regulations
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Prior experience in a K-12 educational setting preferred

Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpret results for eligibility meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to design and implement targeted interventions
• Support special education teams with data-driven recommendations and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and recommendations as needed to support student well-being
• Foster positive relationships to encourage student growth and advocate effectively for their needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
