Support the academic, behavioral, and emotional wellbeing of students as a dedicated contracted professional in a dynamic school environment. Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
• Valid and current state certification or license as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience working with school-aged children or within educational settings
• Proficiency in administering and interpreting a wide variety of psychological assessments
• Solid understanding of behavioral intervention strategies and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, administrators, parents, and outside agencies
• Compassionate communicator with the ability to build rapport and trust with students, families, and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify student strengths and areas of need
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary teams, contributing to the development of educational plans
• Offer consultation and guidance to educators and families regarding learning or behavioral challenges
• Implement strategies to support mental health, crisis intervention, and positive behavior
• Maintain detailed records and timely reports to ensure compliance with state and district policies
• Serve as an advocate for student inclusion and access to supportive learning resources
