Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Masters or higher degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Experience administering and interpreting psychological and educational assessments
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop and implement behavioral and academic intervention plans
• Prior experience in a school setting is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations to assess students' cognitive, academic, and social-emotional needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and support plans
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, providing insight and recommendations based on evaluations and observations
• Deliver direct or consultative support to students, including crisis intervention and counseling where appropriate
• Provide staff consultation on classroom management, RTI, and behavioral interventions
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all federal, state, and district regulations regarding special education
