Qualifications:

  • Valid MA DESE School Psychologist license
  • Demonstrated knowledge of psychological assessment tools and best practices
  • Experience working with school-aged children, particularly in the 712 age range
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement behavioral and academic interventions
  • Commitment to promoting equitable, student-centered solutions

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students as referred
  • Develop and present recommendations for individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Provide one-on-one and group counseling, as well as crisis intervention as needed
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to design and implement academic and behavioral interventions
  • Support data-driven decision-making within student support teams
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Participate proactively in team meetings and professional development opportunities
