As a vital partner with the education and support staff, you'll utilize your expertise in behavior analysis and school psychology to assess student needs, develop comprehensive intervention plans, and provide direct and consultative services. Your background as a School Psychologist or in related fields will help you foster an inclusive and productive learning environment for all students.
Key Qualifications:
- Active and valid NE BCBA credentials (required)
- Experience working as a School Psychologist or in a school-based BCBA role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with students, staff, and families
- Ability to design and implement effective behavioral interventions in a K-12 educational setting
- Skilled in conducting assessments, data collection, and progress monitoring
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student needs
- Provide direct and indirect services, including consulting and training for staff
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Maintain thorough documentation and facilitate team meetings as needed
