Job Description

A licensed Michigan School Psychologist is needed for the 2026/2027 school year to provide support to secondary-level students. This position involves travel to a school location in Detroit, MI, offering a dynamic environment for a skilled professional to apply their expertise in a full-time capacity.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid certification as a School Psychologist in the state of Michigan
  • Experience working directly with secondary-level students on site
  • Ability to manage caseloads and collaborate with educators and families effectively

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for secondary students
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to address students' educational and emotional needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to promote student well-being and academic success
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to school-wide intervention strategies
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with state and federal regulations

Work Hours and Location:

  • Full-time position for the 2026/2027 school year
  • Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 2:30 pm
  • Work within schools in Detroit, MI, with travel as required
