Key Qualifications:

• Active Michigan School Psychologist License required
• Previous experience or strong understanding of direct services, student assessments, and re-evaluations in K-12 settings
• Proficient with IEP development, participation in eligibility meetings, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to engage with students, staff, and families
• Adaptability to respond to diverse student needs in a dynamic school environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct psychological services and interventions to students
• Conduct assessments and testing to evaluate student cognitive, academic, social, and emotional development
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, eligibility meetings, and periodic re-evaluations
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to create plans supporting student achievement and well-being
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records, progress notes, and required documentation
• Provide consultation and recommendations to school teams around student learning and behavioral support
