Key Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois School Psychologist license (Psych IL License required)
• Meets all state and district credential requirements (PEL or equivalent licensure)
• Previous experience in early childhood settings is highly valued

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for Pre-K students onsite
• Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop tailored intervention strategies and support plans
• Facilitate social-emotional learning and early behavioral interventions
• Monitor student progress and adjust supports as needed for optimal growth
• Compile and maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with district and state regulations
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, offering guidance and expertise as part of the team
• Lead or assist in crisis intervention and prevention efforts when needed
