Qualifications and Experience:
- Current IL PSYCH License required
- Previous experience in school settings, especially at the middle school level, is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in assessments, counseling, and case management
- Ability to work effectively on multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment results
- Provide individual and group counseling for students
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to develop and implement student support plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations
- Support crisis intervention and prevention initiatives
- Contribute to positive behavioral intervention strategies
