Key Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
• Current, valid state certification/license in School Psychology
• Experience conducting assessments, evaluations, and developing IEPs
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
• Ability to develop and implement intervention strategies
• Knowledge of special education laws and best practices
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and academic assessments for students
• Serve as a resource for faculty and families regarding student mental health and learning concerns
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Provide direct services such as counseling, behavioral interventions, and crisis response
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records
• Work closely with educators and specialists to develop student-centered supports
• Advocate for the social, emotional, and behavioral well-being of all students
