Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters or Doctorate degree in School Psychology or related field
• Current state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
• Experience conducting assessments, developing individualized education plans (IEPs), and providing interventions
• Strong skills in consultation, collaboration, and problem-solving within multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to deliver direct and indirect services to a diverse student population
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Previous school-based experience is preferred, but not required

What You Will Do:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic evaluations
• Interpret assessment data and present findings to staff and families
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement effective interventions
• Participate in IEP and 504 Plan meetings, offering expertise in student needs and accommodations
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention as necessary
• Advise on strategies to promote positive behavior and mental wellness
• Consult with families to connect them with appropriate resources
