This full-time role (37.5 hours/week, Monday through Friday), offers the chance to work with diverse student populations across two school campuses. Key Qualifications:

• Masters, Specialist, or Doctorate degree in School Psychology
• Active Colorado Department of Education Special Service Provider License in School Psychology
• Minimum of three years previous experience in a school-based setting
• Strong assessment, report-writing, and behavioral intervention skills
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities
• Proficiency with technology and data management platforms
• Calm leadership during crisis situations and effective collaboration with all stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with diverse backgrounds

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct group and individual counseling per IEP mental health service goals
• Develop and implement interventions to support academic and social-emotional needs
• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results
• Document services, write progress reports, and maintain service logs in adherence with IEP guidelines
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and external agencies
• Assist with crisis response, threat assessments, and child protection referrals
• Participate in IEP meetings, multi-disciplinary teams, professional development, and community resource coordination
• Offer staff psychoeducation, behavioral consultation, and general education interventions

Assignments may include work with students from early childhood through high school, depending on district needs. Candidates must be prepared to complete background checks and fingerprinting as part of district credentialing.
