Job Description
Bring your expertise as a School Psychologist to a supportive, close-knit school environment just outside Denver! This contract opportunity is full-time and full school year for the 2026-2027 academic term. As part of a dedicated SPED team in a smaller district, youll have the chance to make meaningful, lasting connections with students and staff while being part of a collaborative educational setting.
Your contributions will play a key role in evaluating student needs, driving positive change in academic and emotional development, and collaborating on comprehensive support plans. Caseload assignments are being finalized, and applicants currently awaiting CDEs are welcome to apply.
Qualifications & Experience
- Masters degree or higher from an accredited program in School Psychology
- Valid or pending state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist (CDEs in process considered)
- Previous experience working in school settings preferred
- Strong skills in assessment, consultation, MTSS/RTI, and counseling
- Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive school communities
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Expected Responsibilities
- Administer psychological, academic, and behavioral assessments as needed
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized student support plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to address student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and help shape service delivery
- Support the social-emotional growth of students through targeted interventions and counseling
- Engage regularly with SPED staff and contribute to a positive team culture
